1. Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled at no charge within 12 hours of placement or before they have been dispatched from our warehouse, whichever comes first.
  • Process: To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number. You can reach us via email or our contact page.
  • Refunds for Cancellations: If your payment has already been processed, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method. The refund will typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may follow the return process outlined below.

2. Return Policy

This product cannot be returned because of the nature of the product, which is consumable. But in the uncommon case of broken, faulty, or other/incorrect item(s) reaching your hands, we shall fully refund or supply an alternative at no cost, as the case may be. We can call you to determine the damage or defect in the product before giving you back the money/replacement.

Any orders of shortages or damages should be submitted to the customer service via email on the day of delivery at support@rothwipes.com. In addition, the mentioned insufficiency of goods must be emphasised with due pictures and unpacked in camera.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Refund Eligibility:

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed.
  • For approved returns, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that any shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.

Refund Timelines:

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
  • It may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
