1. Order Processing

We process all orders on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding national holidays. Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of confirmation. You will receive a notification via email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Across India

Roth Wipes ships to addresses across India. To ensure your order reaches you safely, we partner with reliable third-party courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Expressbees, Shadowfax etc. The specific courier partner for your delivery will be communicated to you once your order is dispatched.

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate street address, including the correct pin code, at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

3. Delivery Timelines

While we strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible, the standard delivery time is between 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as holidays or weather conditions.

If you have ordered multiple products in a single transaction, we will attempt to deliver them all at once. However, this may not always be possible, and you might receive parts of your order in separate shipments.

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment in real time. This allows you to stay updated on your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Our courier partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your package to the provided address. If they are unable to complete the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, please contact our customer support to arrange for a re-delivery, which may incur additional shipping fees.
